I would like to express my thoughts on my experience with this location. I contacted the service department regarding a potential service inspection on a used vehicle I was going to purchase from a private seller. Doug, in the service department, answered the phone and was truly, truly exceptional. He broke down all the details of this potential next steps, even offered advice on what to look for during my private purchase, and simply answered all my questions and more. While he wasn't sure if I would still have a service need with them, you could tell he was authentic and wanted to earn my business. I certainly will use this location for all my toyota service needs. Thanks again Doug for being you. And if the right used vehicle pops up at this location, I might be an official customer on the sales side too ❤️
