Even though it wasn’t the one we chose, which was used, he put us in a vehicle that we thought we couldn’t get which was a brand new 2026 Tacoma. Well scheduled appointment. Easy to change online if needed. Everything went as planned. Very nice waiting room with tv's, restrooms, and drink station (best I've ever seen for an automotive service). Mark Tye did a great job of keeping me informed and explained the details of the work done very well. I will be returning to Toyota Hernando for future service needs. Was impressed with the whole experience.

Was having issues with my car starting. Went to auto zone to have the battery checked and after 5 tries the guy said battery was ok. I pick my grands up from school every day and didn’t want to have car issues so stopped by Toyota and Doug was kind enough to check the battery again and as I suspected was bad. They worked me in after I picked the kids up and were so great to them as well as getting the car running right again. Thanks to all at Toyota for being a great car and great service.
