I had a service appointment @ Principle Toyota of Hernando I was greeted by Chandler Wampler. I explained that I was confused on the tire rotation mileage vs the oil change mileage. She reassured me on all concerns. Chandler Wampler was very sweet, attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you for the free car wash and vacuuming it’s appreciated. Most of all the reassurance.

It had been one of those weeks, a funeral of an immediate family member and now "maintenance required" message on dashboard. I pulled into the service bay to see if maintenance was critical. Chris, our former finance officer & now marketing, saw me pull up & came over to say Hi and ask what was wrong with the car. He brought back a service advisor (Ian) with him before I could get out of the car. It was determined that an oil change was needed and it could be done now if I had time to wait. My car was quickly serviced and run through the car wash. As I looked through the lounge window I saw Chris and Ian doing extra detailing work on my car, wiping the interior, vacuuming, etc. I was surprised and overwhelmed by their kindness. As caretaker for the deceased, I haven't had the time or energy to keep the car as clean as I normally would. Chris and Ian had the car shining like new off the showroom floor. Chris and Ian told me that they wanted to do something to help me and to make life a little easier. Employees of this caliber are hard to find. We have purchased two new vehicles from this dealership and have received excellent customer service and great vehicles every time. But Chris and Ian took customer service to a new level, by taking care of the vehicle's issue and truly caring for their customers.
